Located across the street from Stearns Park Beach in Ludington Michigan. You will enjoy partial lake Michigan views out of every Suite and a short walking distance to downtown restaurants, ice cream shops and shopping. We have plenty of parking, but driving is optional after you arrive.
LOCATION: These Suites are located just a 100 step walk from Lake Michigan. A few blocks from downtown Ludington, and Stearns Park. Also, it is only about a 30-minute drive to Manistee and Little River Casino!

How to Check-In:
Arrival information is emailed to you a few days prior to your check-in date. Your check-in information will provide directions, parking, and entry information for your Luxury Suite. Guests will have private, secure entrance. The Suite space is not shared by owners or other guests.
Please know that all Suite rental policies and house rules are strictly enforced. This includes occupancy limits, age requirements, the ‘no parties,’ ‘no smoking,’ and ‘quiet hours’ clauses or any other rule posted online or within the Suite rental. These are often defined by local ordinances, Homeowners Associations or other legal requirements and can result in fines or eviction if violated. We do not provide additional refunds for cancellations, late arrivals, or early departures except as required in the posted cancellation policy.
The Space:
Our space provides you with a lot of comfort and a feeling of being home. Couch, chairs, and dining room table. A full kitchen with everything you could need to make great memories during your stay. 2 Dishwashers, because you will be too busy to wash by hand. 2 Full size refrigerators for all your yummies. Comfortable bedrooms and 2 Washer and dryers.
Kitchens are fully stocked for everyday meal prep — dishes, pots and pans, silverware, glass, etc. A drip coffee maker with washable coffee filter is provided for guest use. Additional kitchen items include 2 dishwashers, 2 microwaves, and a toaster. Each Suite also includes bed linens, bath towels, basic cleaning supplies, starter soaps and a starter set of paper products.
Guest Access:
We are a self-check-in service. 3 days before you arrive, we will send you a message with your check-in instructions. Along with the high-speed internet name and password.
The Neighborhood:
Our neighborhood is a great walking neighborhood! Walk to the beach, ice cream and restaurants. Putt putt golf and playground across the street.
Getting Around:
One of the best ways to get around is walking or biking as everything is a short walk away. Ludington does not offer Uber or Lyft currently. They do have a few taxi services in the area. We recommend Google searching Ludington taxi service, if a ride is needed.
Other Things to Note:
Please note the deposit is due at the time of booking. The deposit is a hold put on the credit card you use to book your stay with. The hold on your credit card will automatically be removed from your credit card 7 days after your stay. Additional payments will be automatically charged to the card on file, on its due dates.
What Else Do Guests Need to Know:
3 Days before you arrive you will receive an email with your check in instructions. Included with the check in instructions will be the WIFI and WIFI passwords and door code to enter your Suite.
